IFRS technical advisory, financial modelling and finance-team training for companies in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf — built on audit discipline, delivered remotely in Arabic and English.
Every service ends with something your team can keep: a model, a paper, a procedure or a skill. We scope each one in writing, quote a fixed fee wherever we can, and share working drafts early.
Position papers, accounting policy manuals and first-time implementation of complex standards — IFRS 9, 15, 16 and 17 — written so that management can adopt them and auditors can test them.
IFRS 9 expected credit loss models, IAS 19 employee-benefit schedules, lease and impairment models. Documented, auditable and handed over with a methodology note.
Independent pre-audit review of statements and disclosures prepared by management, with a prioritised list of findings before the auditor arrives.
Closing the gap between the ledger and the audit file: schedules, reconciliations, supporting evidence and a clear issues log.
IFRS updates, ISA awareness and finance-team upskilling, delivered remotely in Arabic or English and tailored to your sector.
Accounting manuals, month-end close procedures and internal-control frameworks sized for growing companies.
Our services are advisory. Management remains responsible for its accounting records and financial statements and for the decisions it takes on our advice. We do not provide audit, assurance, tax or legal services.
Close enough to management to build what it needs. Independent enough that the auditor can rely on the documentation.
Prepares the records and financial statements. Owns every judgement and estimate. Decides what to adopt.
Analyses the issue, builds the model or paper, documents the methodology, trains the team. Advises — does not decide, record or opine.
Tests management's position and the evidence behind it. Expresses the opinion.
Engagement letter, data request list and client onboarding. We agree the question, the data and the deliverable on one page.
Data assessment memo, then a working draft shared early — not a finished product at the deadline.
We walk management through the logic and adjust assumptions together.
Final files, methodology note and a short session so your team owns the result.

Mohamed founded KMT Advisory after more than ten years in external audit within an international accounting network, where he managed a portfolio of statutory audits across financing, real estate, retail and public-sector entities in Saudi Arabia.
His work has centred on the judgements that matter most to auditors and regulators: IFRS 9 expected credit loss, revenue recognition under IFRS 15, lease accounting, employee-benefit obligations and IPSAS reporting for government bodies. He has led engagements under SAMA, ZATCA and Capital Market Authority frameworks and is fluent in both the technical standards and the Arabic-language documentation that surrounds them.
He holds the CMA designation from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (Australia) and the ACCA Diploma in IFRS.
A free, browser-based tool for finance teams: estimate the zakat base, corporate income tax on the non-Saudi share, and withholding tax on cross-border payments — with the workings shown, not just the number.
